TerraPay announces the appointment of Mohd Saif Abbasi as Associate Director – Legal.

Saif’s credentials speak volumes as a dual-qualified attorney (England & Wales and India), bringing in a wealth of experience in handling M&A, Fintech, and Licensing matters worldwide. He joins TerraPay from UAE Exchange/Unimoni Group, where he managed the legal & regulatory matters for the group. Saif has dealt extensively with financial regulators from across the globe and has two successful Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in the Bombay Stock Exchange, and the London Stock Exchange under his belt.

While in practice, Saif has advised multinational corporations and financial institutions in a wide range of contentious disputes including investigations, litigation, and regulatory enforcement proceedings in India & the UK. He also has significant experience in corporate restructuring and advising on entry and exit strategies. He also brings to the table his experience in undertaking complex negotiations relating to investments and debt financing.
